Prior to Larch, he held the position of Vice President at Credit Agricole Indosuez Wealth, where he worked for 6 years. He has over 10 years of experience in the industry, having also worked at Arbitral Finance. Lucas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Management from University of Miami and an MBA from University of Florida.
